The word "Reiki" combines "rei" (universal) and "ki" (life energy), reflecting its focus on channelling universal energy to support physical and emotional healing. Today, Reiki is widely embraced as a complementary therapy in wellness centres and medical settings worldwide.

I offer holistic services to harmonize mind, body, and spirit, including Reiki, Sound Healing, and Crystal-Infused Facials. As a Reiki Healer, I empower others to unlock their innate healing abilities, bringing balance and relief to mental, physical, and spiritual challenges.

To enhance each session, I incorporate therapeutic essential oils tailored to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and support well-being. My Crystal-Infused Reiki Facials combine the "nasties-free" Vaghetti skincare range, healing crystals, and Reiki energy to rejuvenate the skin and restore energetic harmony for a radiant, holistic glow.

Reiki Service

Your Reiki session begins with a glass of filtered water, followed by a friendly discussion to explore your healing goals (saging is optional).

You’ll then enjoy a calming guided meditation and sound healing, using vibrations to release stress, anxiety, and tension. The Reiki treatment involves gentle hand placements or hovering hands to channel healing energy, balance your body’s centers, and promote relaxation and overall well-being. Essential oils may be incorporated for aromatic healing, and you'll leave with a Chakra Essential Oil Roller Blend as a thoughtful gift.

Treatments are fully clothed, and clients are encouraged to bring cozy socks for added comfort.

 

Facial Service

In addition to Reiki, I offer crystal- and Reiki-infused facials using the luxurious, "nasties-free" Vaghetti skincare range. These treatments combine the rejuvenating properties of plant-based ingredients with the energetic balancing of crystals and Reiki, leaving your skin radiant and your spirit refreshed. Whether for healing or pampering, my holistic treatments aim to nurture your mind, body, and soul.
