Essential oils (due to Health and Safety Policies) and sale items are non-refundable.
**In the case the product is faulty on arrival due to manufacturing/packaging please email email@example.com with clear photo attachments of faulty product. You can either request a refund of the product cost (not including postage cost) or request the same product be posted in replacement.
Gift cards are also non-refundable, however, they may be transferred and used by someone else. If the total purchase amount is over the dollar amount specified on the gift card, it is up the gift card redeemer to make an additional payment to cover the full amount.
Any 60mins Treatments:
A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to hold the booking. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the treatment. If you need to reschedule your appointment please email firstname.lastname@example.org with a new suggested appointment date/time request.
Any 3 x 60mins packages require FULL payment at the time of purchase. If you need to reschedule your appointment please email email@example.com with a new suggested appointment date/time request. If a permanent cancellation is required you can:
A) Request a refund on the remaining balance (minus the initial $50 deposit)
B) Your treatments can be transferred to someone else of your choice provided they complete the Free Initial Consultation.
