Refund and Returns Policy

Is my item refundable?

Essential oils (due to Health and Safety Policies) and sale items are non-refundable.

Herbal Teas please email info@naturalaromas.com.au if you are not satisfied with your order within 30 days of purchase. Our return policy lasts exactly 30 days. If you have passed the 30 days since your purchase we can't provide an exchange or refund. If you are returning the package it must be unopened, unused and in the exact condition from which it was received. If received back to us opened or not in it's original packaging, it will not be accepted. 

Gift cards are also non-refundable, however, they may be transferred and used by someone else for lesser or equal value of the original gift card. If the total purchase amount is over the dollar amount specified on the gift card, it is up the gift card redeemer to make an additional payment to cover the full amount.

Full-priced items other than those specified above may be returned for a full refund (minus shipping) or exchanged for another product/s of lesser or equal value. Items must be returned in an unused condition, in their original packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange. 

Am I responsible for shipping fees?

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
