Shipping Processing Time

Our essential oils, blends and herbal teas are processed and dispatched within 12-24 hrs and delivery can take up to 5-7 business days. All other products are processed within 12-24 hrs, however, dispatch and delivery can take up to 3-5 weeks, depending on suppliers, couriers and other factors. Products will be shipped or posted on business days only. 

We do appreciate your patience and support if shipment is delayed. We intend to keep you informed and up to date via email if this occurs past the 5 weeks.

Damaged Products

In the case your items are damaged on arrival please take photo's of them immediately and email through to info@naturalaromas.com.au so office team can respond accordingly to our Policies and Procedures effectively. 

Natural Aromas post all herbal teas, essential oils and blends to physical addresses and all other products can be shipped to PO Box addresses within Australia only.
