This blend is safe for use on adults.

Meditation Pure Blend

Directions of use:

Aromatic: Add 6-8 drops in a diffuser or oil burner with water.
Topical: For adults add a 2.5% dilution in a carrier oil. 
For children over 2 years add a 1% dilution in a carrier oil.

• Citrus Bergamia Peel Oil Expressed (Bergamot)
• Pogostemon Cablin (Patchouli)
• Lavendula Augustifolia (Lavender)
