Dreams Pure Blend

Dreams blend is known to assist the body and mind to relax and fall into a peaceful and undisturbed sleep. It can be most effective when added to a diffuser 30mins prior to bedtime. 

Directions:

Aromatic: Add 6-8 drops in a diffuser or oil burner with water.
Topical: For adults add a 2.5% dilution in a carrier oil. 

For children over 2 years add a 1% dilution in a carrier oil.

Ingredients:

Lavender, Geranium, Chamomile.

Keep out of reach of children. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition consult a health care professional prior to use. Do not apply directly to the skin without first mixing with a carrier oil. Application to the skin may increase sensitivity to sunlight. External use only. Patch test prior to use.
